Where we ship
Switzerland plus 27 countries across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. If your country is not offered at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
What it costs
- Switzerland: CHF 7.00
- International: CHF 15.00

How long it takes
Our gear ships directly from our production partners abroad. That keeps prices down, but it takes longer than a domestic warehouse and we would rather tell you now than after you order.
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Switzerland: 10–20 business days after dispatch
- International: 12–25 business days after dispatch
Realistically: 2 to 5 weeks from order to doorstep. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Digital training plans are not shipped — your personalised plan is emailed within 3 business days.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed on dispatch. The first scan can take up to 5 business days to appear. No update for 10 business days? Contact us and we will chase the carrier.
Customs and import duties
Cross-border orders may attract import duties, customs fees or local taxes on arrival. These are set by your country's authorities, are not included in what you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Split parcels
Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost.
Lost parcels
Nothing after 35 business days from dispatch? We replace it or refund it in full.
Returns
The short version
30 days from delivery. Item unused and in original packaging. Return shipping paid by you, unless the fault is ours.
What we can take back
- Unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags and seals intact.
- Liquid chalk only if unopened and sealed — hygiene and transport safety.
- Not personalised digital training plans once delivered, since each one is built individually from what you tell us.
How to do it
- Email info@hybridroxstore.com with your order number and the item.
- We reply within 2 business days with a return authorisation and the return address.
- Post it back within 14 days of that authorisation. Use a tracked service — we cannot refund what does not arrive.
Please wait for the authorisation before sending anything. Unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order.
Refunds
Inspected and refunded within 5 business days of arrival, to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 3–10 days to show it.
If it arrived broken or wrong
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We cover return shipping and you choose: replacement or full refund including shipping.
Cancellations
Free of charge any time before the parcel is handed to the carrier.
EU customers
Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies on top of the 30 days above. Personalised plans are exempt under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU as goods made to your specifications.
