Before you write, this might be faster
- Where is my order? Delivery is 1–3 business days to process, then 10–20 business days to Switzerland. See Shipping & Returns.
- I bought a training plan and haven't had the questionnaire. It is sent with your order confirmation — check your spam folder, then email us and we will resend it.
- Where is my plan? Plans are written and emailed within 48 hours of you returning the questionnaire, not of purchase.
- Can I return something? Unused gear, yes. See the Refund Policy. Personalized plans are made for you individually, so they cannot be returned once delivered.
- Which grip product do I need? Tell us the movement that is failing and we will point you at the right one — or read the straps vs power grips guide.
