1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of ironhybrid.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by IronHybrid, 8180 Bülach, Switzerland ("IronHybrid", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to order from this store.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). IronHybrid is not currently registered for Swiss VAT (MWST), as turnover is below the CHF 100,000 registration threshold, and therefore no VAT is charged or itemised. Prices exclude shipping, shown separately at checkout, and exclude any import duties or local taxes in the destination country.

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours can vary between screens and product photography is illustrative. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error, refunding you in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to your address and will refund any payment in full.

5. Availability

Stock levels shown on the site are indicative. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

7. Returns

Your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Digital training plans

Our personalised training plans are prepared individually from the information you provide and are delivered by email within 3 business days of purchase. Because each plan is made to your specifications, it cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. Plans are licensed to you for personal use only you may not resell, republish or distribute them.

9. Health and safety disclaimer

Our products and training plans are not medical advice. Strength and conditioning training carries a risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting any new training programme, particularly if you have an existing injury or medical condition, or are pregnant. Use straps, grips, wraps and chalk only as intended and inspect them for wear before each session. You train at your own risk and are responsible for your own technique, loading and progression. IronHybrid accepts no liability for injury arising from the use or misuse of our products or plans.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site text, product photography, logos and the training plans themselves belongs to IronHybrid or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or overload the site, or to upload malicious code.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Bülach, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold in your country of residence.
