How long will my order take?
Typically 2 to 5 weeks: 1–3 business days to process, then 10–20 business days to Switzerland or 12–25 internationally. Our gear ships from our production partners abroad, which is why it takes longer than a local warehouse — and why the prices are what they are.
Where do you ship from?
The business is based in Bülach, Switzerland. Physical gear is dispatched directly by our production partners abroad. Digital plans come straight from us by email.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Possibly, if your parcel crosses a border. Duties and local taxes are set by your own country's authorities, are not included in our price, and are paid by the recipient. We cannot predict or pre-pay them.
Do you ship to my country?
We cover Switzerland and 27 further countries. The definitive answer is checkout — if your country appears there, we ship to it.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed when your parcel is dispatched. The first scan can take up to 5 business days to appear, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
My order is in two parcels. Is that a mistake?
No. Multi-item orders often ship separately and arrive on different days. You are not charged extra for this.
Can I return something?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. You pay the return shipping unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect. Full detail on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return a training plan?
No. Each plan is built individually from the information you give us, so once it has been delivered it cannot be returned. We say this before you buy so there are no surprises.
How do I get my training plan after buying?
We email you a short intake form, then deliver your personalised 4-week plan within 3 business days. Check your spam folder if you have not heard from us within that window.
What size wrist wraps or straps do I need?
Our lifting straps, power grips and wrist wraps are one-size adjustable and fit most adult wrists and hands. If you are between sizes on anything or unsure, email us before ordering and we will advise honestly.
Is liquid chalk allowed in my gym?
Most gyms that ban loose chalk permit liquid chalk, since it does not create dust. Check with your own gym — rules vary.
How long does liquid chalk last?
Roughly: the 30ml bottle covers around 15–20 sessions, 50ml around 25–35, and 100ml around 50–70, depending on how much you apply and how much you sweat.
Do you offer VAT invoices?
IronHybrid is not currently registered for Swiss VAT (MWST), as turnover is below the CHF 100,000 threshold. No VAT is charged or itemised. You receive a standard order confirmation you can use as a receipt.
What payment methods do you accept?
All methods shown at checkout. Prices are charged in Swiss francs (CHF); your bank may apply its own conversion rate if you hold another currency.
Something is wrong with my order. Who do I talk to?
Email info@hybridroxstore.com with your order number. We answer within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
